Dan Hayes
Dan Hayes is the person responsible for the development of the home sites and numerous community amenities in Edgeview. Over the years, Dan has developed hundreds of single family lots in family-oriented communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Each community has been tailored to capture the unique attributes of the land. In Edgeview, this is evidenced by the terraced homes sites, which provide spacious flat yards, separation and privacy from neighbors, and orientation to territorial and mountain views.

Dan is President and Chief Executive Officer of J.R. Hayes & Sons, Inc., based in Maple Valley. During the last 20 of his 30 years with the company, Dan has guided the company into a preeminent position in the land development industry by raising the standards of excellence in innovative construction techniques.

He and his wife are long-time residents of Issaquah. Dan is an avid outdoorsman and supports a variety of community, civic, and charitable organizations.


Dan Lungren
Dan Lungren is President of the Lungren Company, and is responsible for home construction in Edgeview.

Having supervised the building of thousands of homes during his 30 year career, Dan most recently served as Division Vice President of Construction for one of the largest home building companies in the United States.

Dan has shown a unique ability to create interesting and functional homes which provide flair in concert with exceptional value. His talents will be obvious when one compares the thoughtful designs and interior appointments that are offered in each Edgeview home. His legacy will be a special collection of homes of enduring value, occupied by a fan club of satisfied homeowners.

Married and a father of two, Dan is a local resident who enjoys most all outdoor sporting activities, and is a board member of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties Care Foundation.
